How do you go about changing "unknown" birth last names to add the correct last name?

Debi - click on the edit tab of the profile and scroll down to last name at birth, there is an edit button :)

But only if you are the profile manager as only he/she or those on the trusted list can do so . Otherwise you need to discuss the change with the profile's manager or seek "trusted status".

I tried this but it did not work.  Ron W. suggested I have to be on the trusted list, which I am, but the "last name at birth" is still locked.

Thank you for your suggestion.  I am on the trusted list, but I am still not able to change the "last name at birth".  Any other suggestions to help me?
