Looking for any possible information on the parentage of a Mary Boyd, born 1834, a native of Herkimer County New York.
She and her family moved to Chicago in 1838.
Her spouse was Benjamin John Fillmore of Canada, married Dec 24th, 1854.
In a census, dated 1880, Virgil, Kane ILL says Benjamin is from New Brunswick, Canada and that Marys mother is from New York and her father is from Scotland.
There is a possibility that she was born in 10 Feb, 1833, and Christened at FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, MIDDLEFIELD, OTSEGO, NEW YORK.
