Does it show up on Receivers end if I disregard and skip past it. And, if so, is it red ?

No I don't think the red squiggles stay after you enter your data. At least that's how they always work on Word and similar word processors. But there are times when a name or other wording appears in Red to indicate there's an error in the coding which needs to be fixed.

No red squiggles are sent to the server.
But if somebody else opens the profile in edit mode with spill-chucking turned on, something will probably happen. Of course their set-up might highlight it in 30-point fluorescent blue and blow a horn.

No, and the red lines I get under misspelt words such as color, center , defense, archeology and humor also wouldn't be there if someone from America entered them. (so must be based on the language settings on the computer)
