How does someone transfer numerous profiles?

There is an unactive user wanting to transfer 30+ profiles to someone else. Is there any easy way to go about it?

The unactive user could use the Bulk Profile Manager tool or the Bulk Trusted List tool which can be accessed though the Privacy tab of his profile page.

It will transfer the 30+ profiles to someone else, and thus, the new person will become the profile manager of the profiles.
