Interested in ANY missing William Stewart/Stuart missing during the Civil War era.  My William was born ca 1837 place unknown.  Possibly SC, AR, LA, or TX.  Possibly has a brother named J. P.  Married Sarah Ellen Hyden Sep. 30, 1861 in Hempstead Co., AR.  Joined Co. H 17th AR Infantry in Van Buren, AR on December 4, 1861.  Muster records show him absent sick Feb through June 1862, and absent left West of the Mississippi Sep and Oct. 1862.

Their son Alexander, on a delayed birth certificate said he was born in Little Rock, AR.

I am interested in ANY missing William Stewart/Stuarts during this period.

Tommy, I added some links to findagrave.com on a few asorted Profiles that you manage. If they had been open I could have added the in-line citation. JPVIV ;)
