Hello, Kelly!

I have a copy/paste citation that I use for direct links to Find-A-Grave profiles.

You and our fellow WikiTreers are free to copy it. Just make sure to fill in the proper data for each specific memorial!

I've highlighted the info you will need to add/replace by bold text and yellow background.

*Find A Grave Memorial: [http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=ENTER ID# # ENTER ID#] ; Created by: ENTER CREATOR'S NAME; Record added: ENTER DATE ADDED; Date accessed: ENTER DATE ACCESSED

Enjoy!!

I just posted the citation code to Earl's profile.

Let me know if you need help copy/pasting it!

Posting Earl's citation, just in case - the post to his profile didn't show the citation code correctly because of the link!

Hi Kelly!  I use www.familysearch.com for most of my sources.  You can copy and paste the information into the source section of the profile using the edit tab at the top of the profile.  You can also do this in www.findagrave.com.  I hope this helps you a bit.  I am just learning this myself.

Great advice, Diane!

FamilySearch.org is definitely MY favorite site for source citations. It doesn't get any better than to copy/paste their ready-made citations!!
