I am new to wikitree and looking forward to sharing information

Question

I have been looking for my 2nd great grandparents and their families. I think we may go back to Scotland and also to the Cherokee or Muskogee Creek Indians. I have several names but no legal paperwork. I need a lot of help. thank you all for what ever you do for me. If I can help anyone I will be glad to as I learn more about how to do this.

Hi and welcome

We strongly encourage new members to begin by manually entering  people from their family tree. This is the best way to get a better understanding of WikiTree.

Its better that we have 10 well researched profiles than 500 unsourced. Too many people have uploaded profiles without sources and that makes it impossible for us to work together....
