Looking for Collier of Alabama descendants in Australia

Question

Hi there. Have recently discovered through DNA that I'm a direct descendant Of Jesse Wilburn Collier and Sarah Mathews of Boaz, Alabama, USA. I am Australian and I can't find any link on Ancestry. Is there anyone that could please help me? I would be grateful for any information that you could pass on thank you.

John, I can't find any evidence of their descendants being in Australia. I am thinking possibly a descendant visited during one of the wars and possibly had a bit of a fling resulting in my ancestor. I just don't know how likely this was.
