Info on MollieBett Young 1861-1906 from Ky to Hunt/ Collin Co Texas

Question

In researching my great grandmother MollieBett Young, i discovered that many Young family members moved to Collin and Hunt County Texas in the 1800's. The  names i was given via my grandfather John Elbert Bale of Farmersville, don't match exactly and i am left to speculate from census info whether they are a match. Example: my g father always said his mother was MollieBett and i found a marriage record for her as Mrs. Mollie Bale but cannot find her on any census's from Ky or Texas. He also said that her mother was Elizabeth Ollie Hudspeth Young and i believe i have found her on an 1880 Hunt Co census as Louisa R. Young, married to William J. Young. She is listed as a widow wih a grand daughter Zetha M. Young, age 14. I believe these to be the right family members because samuel Richard Young, the brother of Mollie is listed on the census and the dates match, as well as being from Ky. Surely, there arent two Samuel R. Young's born in 1878 who moved  from Ky to Hunt Co. I just cannot be sure as Louisa R. Young and "Elizabeth Hudspeth Young" do not quite match.... I don't know if this helps at all, but the son Daniel P Young has a birth recorded in Barren, KY listing his parents as William J Young and Louise R. Heddespath.  Mollie is a common nickname for Mary and Bett could be short for Elizabeth? 

In 1900 Mary Elizabeth Grant is living with husband Lewis Grant - married 6 yrs.  His stepchildren inlcude Jno. E Bale - who is your grandfather??? and Woodson and Ethel  Bale - other children of Mollie Young and W. W. Bale.
