I need to find a marriage certificate!

Question

Between Alvin Altman and Elizabeth Wolf. Both from Dickinson, Stark, North Dakota. They may have been married in a nearby state or town. I need the names of Elizabeth's parents to settle a family dispute (and prove that I am correct! Tee-hee...)

I have access to Ancestry -finally!- but am coming up short. Help!

They would have been married around 1928-1932. Divorced by 1937. If anyone could find THAT record... you would be awesome. Alvin tried to remove all evidence of the marriage, even as far as altering their children's birth certificates.

newspapers.com has an article from "The Bismarck Tribune", May 10, 1932, page 3 with the title Dickinson Guards to Present Boxing Card.  The article, from Dickinson, ND indicates a match between a Bud Lenhan and a Bud Altman as one of the headliner matches.  https://www.newspapers.com/clip/5537358/the_bismarck_tribune/

A group of articles from Havre, MN show A. R. (Bud) Altman is an alderman and also list a hospitalization in Minnesota.  

Maybe one of these things will give a clue to help elsewhere.
