There are two books that may help if you can obtain them from libraries. EARLY PENNSYLVANIA LAND RECORDS:Minutes of the Board of Property of the Province of Pennsylvania edited by William Henry Egle(1893). The book contains property owners and tenants from 1687 onward. The other publication is EMIGRANTS TO PENNSYLVANIA 1641-1819 (collected from articles in The Pennsylvania Magazine of History and Biography. Also useful, but it covers ten volumes (50,000 individuals) would be THE MINUTES OF THE PROVINCIAL COUNCIL,1683-1775. This would be held in the reference section of the library but a friendly helpful librarian may look up things for you. If you call your local library, they can find which libraries might hold these books and whether they can be loaned.
