Dear Annonomous, The Margaret Quinn I have in my family tree was married to a Edmund Davies. On her marriage certificate she names her father as Daniel Quinn, (a schoolteacher), and her mother as Mary. They were both born in Ireland, but Mary moved in with her daughter later in life and died in Manchester. She is in the (1880 or 90) Census as a widow.
Please get back to me if this is your relative, because I have been unable to get any further with this branch of my family for thirty years, (Ireland being a bit of a black hole sometimes).
