According to the following death record, James's parents were named Patrick Quin and Mary McGreer. However, the James in the profile you linked was born in 1803 not 1840, and married Mary McCluskey not Catherine Mary McEvoy: are we talking about the same James?

Looking further, I think you are asking about James Francis Quinn (Quinn-649). He was previously recorded as the son of James Quinn and Mary McClusk(e)y, but that relationship was removed in March 2021, with notes on the profile.

• James Quinn-1423 born 1803, married Mary Ann McClusk(e)y 1824, died 1869
• James Francis "Jim" (Joseph) Quinn-649 born about 1840, married Catherine Mary McEvoy 1865, died 1929
• James Francis Quinn-706, born 1874, married Ida Jane Bowden 1904, died 1968.

If you are interested in the parents of the man born in 1803, they seem to have beeen Patrick Quin and Mary McGreer.

The parents of the one born about 1840 do seem to be unknown, and I haven't found anything to shed light on that sorry. It could be theorised that he was the son of the one born in 1803, but that is contradicted by notes on the Quinn-649 profile.

The third one, born in 1874, seems to have been the son of the second one (born about 1840) and Catherine McEvoy.
