I do not understand how to upload my raw DNA from Ancestry.com

You will not be uploading your raw data on WikiTree.  We do not track that information at this time.  

You can upload your raw data on GedMatch.com.  GedMatch.com will help you compare your test results against tests from other companies such as AncestryDNA, FamilyTreeDNA.com or 23&me.com

However, you can enter the information about your tests here:

That information is very useful for finding DNA matches on Wikitree. The results will propagate up your tree within 24 hours. Please include your GEDMATCH kit number.
