Uploading Raw DNA from Ancestry

Hello, this is Pettit-2997.  I have my living mother's (Metzler-776) raw DNA data from Ancestry.  She is unable to use a computer and create an account. Can her DNA be uploaded from my profile?

The process itself is as follows.

... But in short, you don't just simply upload it to WikiTree itself as WikiTree utilizes a (trusted) 3rd party that links the applicable DNA information via the following GEDmatch link (registration there is required and its Free).

You then just follow their instructions to upload your DNA file and then you just have to add your GEDmatch ID info within the WikiTree DNA Tests page to link them.

Issues regarding GedMatch is not managed by WikiTree, but GedMatch themselves.

Welcome to Wikitree, Crystal!  Wikitree doesn’t store actual DNA data, just information on what DNA test(s) were taken.  Any comparisons of DNA must be done on sites like Gedmatch.  DNA infomation for living people can only be added by the person.  You can help your mother join and create a profile and then enter her DNA test information.  Once that’s done she is free to turn over management of her profile to you.

My understanding is that living must upload their own.

I was able to upload my mothers from 23 and me but she is deceased.
