How can I find the parents when I know the names of two brothers?

Hello,

I now know that my grandfather is Paul Cormier and his brother is Joseph, and that they were both born in Cheticamp, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.  My grandfather was born in 1899.  Does anyone have any idea how to find out who their parents were?  They had the same parents as far as I know.

It was all in French and showed a brother Joseph - father is the same as the answer below. No problem :)

Father - Anselm - father above is Anselm

I think that is them!  Now I have to figure out how to find Anselme's parents.  I would love to know how to do this.  Any hints?
