I know this has been under discussion, but has a decision been made?

Cymru Project has naming guide - http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Name_Fields_Welsh_Aristocrats

just ap, ab, or ferch (rather than perch, verch, mab, etc.) to be included in LNAB.

Check Cymru & Welsh tags too for G2G discussions.
