Asking for assistance with a birth/ adoption record

Question

Hi all,

I would like to request assistance with the following profile: Barton-142.

He was adopted by Eddie Rogers and Gloria Barrow. I have information that he may have been born on 12 November 1945 and died on 11 November 2011.

 

Would it be possible for anyone to please assists with a link or information on how I may be able to get  access to his adoption records and/or birth records?

Do you have any inkling as to where he lived, was born, or what state/nation etc. he may have been adopted from?

He was born in the United States and passed away in 2011 in the Us as well. All I know is that he was born in mayfield  ky graves county

I suspect that this will not be easy information to find. My understanding is that adoption records are sealed.

I was going to suggest you try the Vital Records department (Usually the Health Department) in Kentucky but noticed that Kentucky has an Adoption Services Branch. Website.  Start with them.
