I have some post cards from the 1930's with the names Ida M. Budd and Eva Briggs, amoung a couple more.

I also have Eva Briggs in my family. Lived in Mich. Her father

Albert Erastus Briggs, mother Mabel Gertrude Miles.  She was a twin.  Her sister was Irene Laura Briggs. I understand Eva died in Mich. Very much interested.  Believe Eva died in Mich.

Don't believe your Livingston is part of my family. My Livingston was born in Washington State and lived her whole life here.
