Unconnected profiles - List

Question

Is it possible to have a list of unconnected profiles on my watchlist?

That is a great Idea!  I just added a line because I found a newspaper clipping of an obituary for a fella who lived near my grandmother in 1910. He has the same surname as my grandmothers gggrandfather, but I couldn't make a connection.  So he and his line are dangling out there on there own little limb. I was really hoping that he might bust down a brickwall.

That's a really interested idea. It should be possible.

I'd imagine most serious WikiTreers' Watchlists would be all connected, but if you adopt profiles, e.g. strangers with your surname, they might not be connected yet.

I would love this.  I started a line with a 10 year old child that was listed as a border with my grandparents (1940 census), there were no parents shown. The one living person who might know does not recall her.  I also have adopted profiles that must be connected (surnames, dates, and locations) that I cannot officially link in.

I adoped a family of about twenty people who share my birth surname and are still struggling to connect them to the tree.  Eventually they will be connected.  I have faith.
