Will someone look at errors for Adams-39404?

Question

I was simply trying to add a Cemetery Category when the profile exploded with all sorts of error messages.  What is a span anchor?  I am totally lost trying to figure this stuff out!

The PM added some Gedcom info in 2021 to that profile that had the 'N#' being used, but the original 'Span' entries were not included.  Usually the N# are from Internal Files, so they usually can be removed.

All suggestions are not shown for every profile.  They are normally shown for profiles that have had recent edits, but some of the 'older' profiles get suggestions also.   Since there are no recent edits to the profile, it is just one of the older profile that got suggestions recently.
