Here are some highlights of things that happened around our community in April:

News:

• We've surpassed 38 million profiles!
• We made changes to search/surname pages and to invitations.
• Check out the highlights from our April Connect-a-Thon.
• We now have over 100,000 Western Australian profiles on WikiTree.
• Any thoughts on how you'd like us to celebrate WikiTree's 16th anniversary?
• There's a new Photo Lines App courtesy of Greg Clarke.
• Our WikiGames teaser trailer came out!
• Check out the highlights from the American Ancestors WikiTree Challenge.

Member highlights:

• We celebrated Abby Glann's 10 year anniversary on the WikiTree Team!
• Matt Sanders, Peggy Watkins, Karen Lee and Michael Kerstetter, were interviewed and featured as Members of the Week.
• Liza Gervais became a Team Leader. 
• Audrey Hoppes was our most-thanked member of the month.
• Alan Watson received a Super Star!
• 9 members received Community Stars, 34 received Family Stars, and 34 received Generous Genealogist badges (here, here and here).

The new Compact Couples Tree App for which a preview was provided here has made it into the official WikiTree apps list and can now be found in the drop-down on the Tree Apps tab of every profile.
