A good place to start is the FamilySearch collection of Barbadian records. This link will show you some of the collection with a direct link to that database. If you have not  used FamilySearch before, it is free but you need to register. There may also be religious affiliation records. A good number of Quaker records for Barbados survive and I believe the same is true for the Jewish population (though I have not used those records).
