Suggestion status says corrected in 2021 for error 869 - how do I know if correct if suggestion still appears

Hi  I have been working my way through Ford ancestors and see that there is still a suggestion to correct a duplicate inline citation that was marked corrected in 2021.  There is also a message on the edit page at the bottom about Line 6 - If it has been corrected should it now be marked False  or is it still wrong and where is it wrong?

Thanks again for help---

I think I have corrected it. The full description of the citation of Elizabeth Cobb Stewart was duplicated. I have also corrected a "ref name" citation of the same work which had been slightly mistyped (a space missing). It is likely to take a few days for the system to register the correction - database suggestions are normally updated once a week.
