Charles Painter had a daugher to Elizabeth in 1792 when he was 60 years of age.
There are two issues.
Charles' Greenwich Hospital pension record gives age and place of birth, but as yet I have not found reliable records of his birth/baptism Although he fathered a daugter with Elizabeth, his recoerds name Mary as his wife..Any help with that would be appreciated
I have found a marriage for Mary at Deptford 1770, so I need a demise before 1792.
I cannot find any marriage to Elizabeth who Charles may have wed C 1790, which would give a maiden name, and hence place and DOB.
