German to English Translation request

In her entry (towards the bottom), the first column on the second page indicates 5 maj and 3 min. I'd like to understand what this entry means. I'm still searching for her birth date in ~1786 - the record does not seem to record it. Please advise any suggestions to locate her birth date.
