What do/can I do if I find an "orphaned" record?

I was looking through my surname directory, and there is a record there that has 0 info attached to it, and no manager.
WikiTree profile: Ralph Austin Sederquist
in WikiTree Help by Jason Sederquist G2G Crew (340 points)

The "Unknown Sederquist" is connected to the Big Tree through a private wife. By checking the "Connection to me" I found that the private wife's father is Frank Scott (1863-1925) so it is quite likely that this unlisted wife has passed away and should be public if not open.

I've adopted and updated the profile Sederquist-1.

If you have an interest in this profile, Jason, just send me a Trusted List request and I will add you.

OK, I'll let you know.

I'm finding using the other genealogical websites is too tough on this computer, so I started a local DB on it (GRAMPS, for Linux) though I can only enter what I know personally. Is it OK to ask in the G2G genealogy help forum for, like... ALL my gg- and ggg-parents?
Thank you, Leif
