1913 & 1915 Birth Certificates in Randolph, Cattaraugus, NY

Hello,

I am trying to find the birth certificates of a pair of brothers -- [[Stein-4015|Sam Stein (abt.1913-abt.1950)]] and [[Stein-4016|Harry Stein (abt.1915-abt.1990)]] (profiles are actively being researched and are incomplete)

I know they were born in Randolph, Cattaraugus, NY and am trying to determine who their mother is. As part of this, I would like to find their birth certificates, but NY State does not seem to have scanned them, only the indexes. Does anyone have any suggestions besides paying the county?

Not sure if this is your Ike Stein, but Naturalization papers says wife is a Sophia.   1920 census lists a Sam and harry as sons

Looking at them closer, Harry was born in PA and died in 1959, so don't think they belong to your line. Unless two Ike Stein's are mixed up..
