THE GLOBAL PROJECT
The recently revamped Global Project continues to grow by leaps and bounds. As of today, WikiTree has 53 actively managed country projects. We also have 19 other countries with pages set up, but which are still in need of coordinators. That's 72 countries altogether! (See the lists below).
If you haven't visited our Global Project country pages yet, I highly recommend you take a few moments to hop over and take a look. Each country's page (actually four pages per country) is full of information on the nation's history, ethnicities, languages, religions, naming practices, notables (past and present), resources for doing research and more. You do not have to be a project member to access this information.
If you would like to become a member of any of our country projects, simply drop us a note here or contact the country coordinators directly from the country pages. If you asked to join prior to March 1st, you should now have a Global Badge. If you don't, it means we dropped the ball. Please leave another message below, and we'll get your badge to you.
