Cemeteries should be set up by their legal name and if that is not available you should use the signage posted at the cemetery.  This cemetery is set up according to the photo of the sign at the cemetery which would be the correct name to use.  It also has an aka of the other name listed on the cemetery page here at WikiTree.

There is always a chance that someone will duplicate a cemetery but if they pay attention to the naming rules that should not happen.
