I am trying to improve the biography of Unknown-662211 who is from Sweden. Do the two sources under Research Notes represent the same person? The birth dates and birthplace are the same, the name is similar but how likely would it be to have a father's sir name the same as a husband's sir name?

Yes, they represent the same person.

Kristina Mariana Lundgren, born April 30 1869, in Ytterlännäs, Ångermanland, Sweden.

The name Kristina Mariana is not common and the birth date and place is identical.

Lundgren is not that uncommon. And when people in the same area took a family name in the 1800s they often took the same popular names.

You write "the name is similar". The spelling variation between Christina and Kristina means nothing, the name is identical.
