Bug in GUI / HTML - missing labels of inputs

On the page for creating a new person https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:EditFamily

I noticed some of the HTML inputs have correctly assigned HTML labels and some don't. It is especially annoying with checkboxes and radio-buttons where clicking on the label does not do anything, if the label is not correctly assigned to the input element.
