Fan Chart App error

Question

The Fan Chart App repeatedly makes my mother's father's name Joseph (her older brother's name). I have tried to regenerate it a few times.

It has been correct in the past. Is there a remedy?

I've run your Fan Chart from the Tree Apps, and I see Shirley Pirkle as your mom, and her father I see listed as Robert Buckler-129, and then his father is Thomas.

Unless I'm misunderstanding the question, in which case if we start at Shirley, her mother's father is Adam Schuhmacher-103 and HIS father is a Joseph.

I only see internal message for you. Can you send me an email or phone text, please. It has been correct in the past and has made him Joseph every time today. I shared with family today and they thought I made the chart. They were very displeased with me. ;) Think I'm losing my marbles.
