Can a Pre-1500 Certified member merge Niccum-129 into Niccum-53? [closed]

Apparently when Niccum-53 was created, the years of birth and death were left blank, which caused the Pre-1500 tag.

Looks like a profile has been repurposed.  Aside from the nonexistent birthdate, the bio says she died in 1019, while she had children born in the 1910s and 1914.

Needs further research to see who she actually is.

Niccum-53 was clearly the result of a typographical error by someone without experience (hasn't contributed since 2016), when then caused the bots to flag the profile as pre-1500 (which it isn't), which also prevents anyone without pre-1500 certification from adding research to the profile.  The sources are in Niccum-129 and would be brought over with a merge.  There was no such person as a Jesse Niccum Malott in 1019.
