Is he truly the same person as Pépin_fils-1? [closed]

Question

PRDH links Joseph Pepin who married Geneviève Bailly with Joseph Pepin who married Madeleine Boucher Bourbeau. I have not been able to find solid evidence that says this is the same person. Circumstantially Geneviève Bailly dies and shortly thereafter Joseph Pepin married Madeleine Boucher and no burial or other marriage records exist for Joseph Pepin widower of Geneviève Bailly.

Before merging the two profiles does anyone have insight or sources to support the merge?

ok, am going to do some digging to see if I can find the marriage contract stated as existing on the profile.

Found a reference for it, couldn't find the actual contract, which doesn't appear to have been put online anywhere, FamilySearch doesn't have that notary either.  Have added pertinent items to profile.  It is indeed the same man.
