Need Category for 1880 Census, Russell County, VA

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of Richard Justice. The category might be named something like 1880 US Census, Russell County, Virginia. Subcategory of https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:1880_United_States_Federal_Census%2C_Virginia)

This is for the USBH 1880 Census project.

Could I get help creating the new category?  Thank you!

I used to create my own categories, but trying to follow the protocol.  But I would be happy to do the census categories myself following the pattern of those already set up.
