Is there a recommended way to link y haplogroup to a profile as a female?

If I know my Y haplogroup (my dad's Y haplogroup, technically) and would like to have that displayed along with my name & GEDmatch kit number in the "these users may share x% DNA with this person" section, is there a way to do that?

I would like to have the y haplogroup linked to men in the line. It's useful information to have. I know it's not technically mine, as I'm female, but it seems the only option is to impersonate my dad and link it to his name. I would prefer not to do that for obvious reasons.

DNA tests can only be posted on the profile of the person who took the test. For a Y-DNA test, the haplogroup data will get propagated to all the profiles of Y-chromosome carriers who are calculated to be in a paternal lineage associated with the person who took the test.

For privacy reasons, DNA test information for living persons can only be added if the person who took the test is a registered WikiTree member and they add their own test information here.

If you will be seeing your father over the upcoming holiday period, maybe you can help him create an account here and get the test information uploaded. (You may also need to help him get an email address, since an email address is necessary to get an account, and after registering, somebody has to respond to the confirmation email that is sent to that address.)
You can always create a subsection to the Biography labled "DNA Testing" or something similar that would include the test kit number and haplogroup. Unfortunately it would have to be manually added to all the profiles. If a Big Y700 test was taken you should add the Big Y700 Sticker to your dad's earliest paternal ancestor.
