Dirck and Gerrit Dijckhoff...

I am seeking assistance with my lineage. A relative and myself have traced our tree to Dijckhoff-1. We are unable to find any sources about births or parents. We have made an educated guess, through sources, that he was born in Bremen, Germany and located to the Netherlands. We also believe that Dijckhoff-2 and him are brothers and moved to the Netherlands. Dirck located to Noord Brabant and Gerret located to Rotterdam. We believe they share a father named Jan Dijckhoff born around 1615. My family has been working on this for many years and hit a road block. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I can't find clues about the ancestors of Dirck Dijckhof. But I'm surprised Dirck's children were baptized in Zwolle (Overijssel) and Utrecht (the capital of the province of Utrecht), both quite a long journey from Lith in Noord-Brabant. In 1677 and 1678 Dirck Dijckhoff and Margareta van Sonsbeeck probably weren't living in Lith yet. But according to the information on the Wikitree-profile he lived in Lith in 1683 and 1689. Are you sure the Dirck Dijckhoff in Lith is the same person as the one in Zwolle/Utrecht, who is mentioned with his wife Margareta/Margrietje van Sonsbeeck?

Dirk Dijkhof, baptized Zwolle 12 January 1677;

Aelbertus van Dijckhof, baptized Utrecht 20 June 1678;

Anthoni Dijckhof, baptized Utrecht 5 December 1683;

Adelgunda Helena Dikhof, baptized Zwolle 6 December 1689.

We are very confident that they are one in the same. We have several documents that can confirm this, I just have not sourced them yet on his profile.

It is presumed, through sources, that Dirck's location were as follows:

1676  Zwolle

1678  Utrecht, Buyten de Weert

1678  Utrecht, Achtienhoven

1679 until at least 1696 in Lith (left Lith as Schout in 1682, present in Lith as an officer in 1692: 01-03-1692

1740 in Zwolle (Margareta van Sonsbeeck presumably moved to Zwolle after Dirck's death).

One of the documents that shows that the children you listed are of this Dirck can be found here (924):

It is presumed that Dirck and Margerita traveled from Lith to Zwolle very often. This is where Margerita's parants where located and were witnesses to the baptisms.
I see you've got the right Dirck Dijckhoff! It's a pity the marriage record doesn't mention where Dirck came from originally.

I don't know if this document relates to this Dirck Dijckhoff (and I can't read the handwriting), but the names fit and there might be a clue in there.

It's a notarial deed in Utrecht, where Justus van Sonsbeeck, schout van Achttienhoven, rents something out to Diderick Dickhoff.

Yes, we are tracking this land deed. It is presumed that Dirck moved from Utrecht, Buyten de Weert to Utrecht, Achtienhoven in 1678. The document states:

Tenant: Diderick Dickhoff

Real estate: farmstead and house, etc., with 5 acres of land, including courtyard, orchard, and meadow; located near the Vecht River, close to the Clop. Also, the sale of 6 cows.

Jurisdiction: Achtienhoven
