Over twenty years ago distant cousin sent me a photo copy of Maria Ottilia Knoebel's , my paternal great-grandmother, baptismal record along with a translation from Erzibischoefliches Archiv Frieburg Catholic church records. But no film number listed.  I cannot find the record either on Familysearch,  Ancestry or Find My Past. I would like to cite the actual record and either film number or web link. Could someone please tell me where to find this citation please?

I found her birth entry in the Standesbücher (civil registers) of Ehrenstetten: http://www.landesarchiv-bw.de/plink/?f=5-493872-75 (on the right side, no. 55).

Do you need a transcription and/or translation?

Some Catholic Church records are available at Matricula Online:  https://data.matricula-online.eu/en/

To use this resource, you need to know the approximate date/place of birth so that you can search the correct parish books, if available.
