How to document a DNA connection

This question may be premature, but... Within Family Tree DNA, I recently identified a 4th cousin using documentation within Famiily Search. These results support the inclusion of Caroline Fredenburg (Fredenburg-136) as a daughter of Josuae Fredenburg (Vredenburgh-126). The identified connection is through Josuae's daughter Amanda (Fredenburgh-34). Although the tree on WikiTree does not include this 4th cousin, it does include his grandfather.  Much of the available paper documentation has yet to be entered into WikiTree. As I work on this family, what is the best way to incorporate the information about the DNA testing? An entry in Research Notes? Anything stronger?

An entry in a research note, 4th cousin DNA confirmation statements require a triangulated match between 3 people all of who are descended from a different child of the common ancestor, in the simplest case.
