Is Noack the original surname? [closed]

I have been researching profiles of migrants that left Unruhstadt while it was in the Prussian province of Posen in the mid-19th Century.

I noticed Karl Noack who is #2 in the following page: https://www.wendishheritage.org.au/articles/noacks-in-australia/

I am sure this is the person listed by the historian Wilhelm Iwan in page 290 of https://www.archivaria.com/EmigList/EmigList10.html .
Karl Noak is listed leaving Unruhstadt for Australia in 1849.

Is Noack a familiar English variation of the German surname Noak?

Doing a search in German records at FamilySearch for both Noak and Noack exact searched give approximately 3,600 hits for Noak and 59,000 for Noack.

Using the site http://www.kartezumnamen.eu/en/ Noak shows in small numbers all over Germany. Noack, on the other hand shows up in large numbers in Brandenburg (centered on Berlin), with significant numbers in Saxony and in Rheinland-Westfalia.

From this I would conclude that Noack is the most common German version.

Also many thanks to Alexandra-Brigette for the link. I have seen this useful website before, but I had forgotten how to find it.
