Maybe you want to look up the street? A lot of Berlin Adress books are online:

This is the baptismal registration for Marianna Kowdissowski, Nr. 247, prepared on 23 Feb 1801. It appears Marianna was born on 23 Feb and baptized on 1 May. The father is Monty James, and the family is Catholic, so baptismal records for Berlin are on matricula-online.eu.

it is a birth registration as the civil office of Berlin (civil registrations started latest by law in 1875 in Prussian-Germany part). baptism records are found in church books, so in the catholic church book you may find around that day an additional record. I recommend to look at both, since the given witnesses & and other information, sometimes add on to each other.
This is a civil document from the registry office in Berlin. It is registering the birth of a boy, Johann Kossidowski, born on 17 Feb 1901. His mother is Marianna (née Menty) Kossidowski and his father is Max Kossidowski, a "Schlosser" (locksmith). The family is noted as Catholic, but there's no mention of baptism.
