Which last name do I use?

Stephen Warkoski came to the US in 1920. When he originally filled out his immigration paperwork he used the name "Stefan Warkocki." By 1939, when he finished his naturalization paperwork he was going by "Steve Warkoski." Am I right in assuming that I should use his LNAB and note the change in spelling in Current/Married last name?

That’s what I would do. I have a surname in my family that was Brichel before migration and Brychel after so I put Brichel in LNAB and Brychel in current.

Do you have anymore records from before migration to help confirm that is the LNAB?

I do not. I have not, yet, tried any research out of the US. It's intimidating.
