How do I get rid of prfiles that have no connection to my family?

So many of the profiles with the name Ward are not my family.

How do I reect them as not matchs?

They very well could be. You don't know what you don't know until you do. I am related to notable cousins that I have never heard of. We share 3rd and fourth gr grandfathers. I knew of the grandfather but, not all of his descendants. Besides, those are the same people that make connection finder connect you to the World Tree. PS- I have a Ward line in my family.

It looks like you’re following “Ward” in your tags so you’ll be getting emails about everyone with the surname Ward - is that what you mean? There isn’t really a way to make them only be Wards that are related to you, but if you’re able to build your tree out by adding your parents, grandparents, etc, you may be able to see what any family connection is.

I am not sure what you mean by getting rid of profiles with no connection. Are you uploading a Gedcom and going through the process of comparing profiles to your family? If that is the case you should be able to indicate profiles that do not match during the process.

If there is some other issue, can you explain a bit more, please.
