Hi! There is neither a Cuba Project nor any Cuba templates (I checked the Automated: Template Index, which lists all templates, including Project Boxes, and searched for "Cuba" with no returns).

Depending on what you're aiming to highlight, I would recommend either the Descendant sticker or the Heritage Sticker.

The Cuban flag image is under https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Latin_American_Flags - file name: Latin_American_Flags-7.jpg

For example, the coding

{{Heritage Sticker
|roots=Cuban
|image=Latin_American_Flags-7.jpg
|imagetext=Cuban Flag}}

results (for me) in

Cuban Flag
Liz has Cuban roots.

P.S. Cuba is included in the Latin America Project - see https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Latin_America

The Migrating Ancestor sticker also is a good fit for the profile linked in the question.

There are many categories that are independent of stickers. Categories can associate a person's profile with other profiles of people (or topics) that share some genealogically relevant attribute with the person.

For example, the profile linked in the question could be placed in a category for the person's home community. See Category:Cuba and Category:Cuba (en) for existing categories that might fit.

One of those two Cuba categories is supposedly Spanish and the other is supposedly English, but both of them appear to me to be English..There are, however, a few instances of separate categories for the Spanish and English names for a place, notably "La Habana" and "Havana."

Correction: According to Wikipedia, La Habana is a province and Havana is a city within that province. It seems that the category structure that equates these two place names is wrong.
