Need help with transcribing Spanish/Portuguese Text in 1940s Passport [closed]

I am transcribing a Passport record in Hannah Arendt papers and I found two pages (in one photo) with Portuguese and probably Spanish text. And I need to solve this things:

1. Transcribe text in Portuguese from left page

2. There is some text up on right page and I didn't identify what language is it (maybe it is Portuguese or German) and I need to transcribe it.

3. Need transcribe signature on "Immigration record" on right page

Document: https://tile.loc.gov/image-services/iiif/service:mss:mss11056dig:mss11056dig-010580:0016/full/pct:100/0/default.jpg

If you can help me with these things, It will be awesome!

Thank You

Translation:
- "??? No 14904 segue viagem para": Number 14904 travels to

- "AM.A DO NORTE via mar": North America through sea.

- " ???? ??? de Lisboa 5/6/941":  from Lisbon on 5 June 1941

- "50$00 (STAMPA FISCAL)" :  taxes stamp

- "Cinquenta / Esc.": 50 escudos (escudos was the Portuguese currency).

- "P.V.D.E. Secção Internacional": International section of the PVDE, PVDE was the political police. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PIDE

- "Embarque / navio? Mouzinho": boarding in the ship Mouzinho.
Thank You very much for help! So, left page is almost solve (there is still a handwritten word on that looks like "Ar???ory" written on the stamp). On the right page, you perfectly transcribed the stamp, and identify a word in handwritten text, but still that text isn't fully transcribed, maybe someone can fix it:

"[Navio?] Mouzinho

[?]

10/6/41 [?]"

And that Arrival text down below is fully transcribed, but still there is still signature that I think is "Mark  [Johnson?]" but I am not really sure.
. "Navio" means ship in Portuguese.

. "10/6/41" (10 june 1941) is the date of the departure of the ship Mouzinho

. on the side of the date seams to be "roda" ?

Note: The complete list of Mouzinho passengers is available on: https://search.archives.jdc.org/multimedia%2FDocuments%2FNames%20Databank%2FMouzinho%2FAdditional%20Links%2FComplete_Mouzinho.pdf

The No 203 is for Martha Beerwald, the holder of the passport.

"Description:    The SS Mouzinho left Lisbon for New York on June 10, 1941. JDC had secured the entire ship for refugee passengers, including more than 100 children, many of whom had been living in internment camps in southern France. Among the passengers were artist Marc Chagall and his wife, Bella."

A little bit off topic, but there is this newspaper article about the passage of Hannah Arendt as a refugee in Lisbon, Portugal on 1941: https://www.publico.pt/2017/12/23/local/noticia/hannah-arendt-a-passagem-por-lisboa-a-caminho-da-liberdade-1797052
