Why is the natural, blood daughter of a cousin not a cousin?

Bertha Gertrude (Copeland) Corbin, Copeland-6155, is a daughter of William Garrett Copeland-6956. William has 9 children, 1 of which is Bertha. Garret is a cousin of mine as are all of his children, with the exception of Bertha, are all cousins & 17°. Bertha is only 18° & no cousin banner.

Bertha is married to Raleigh Eugene Corbin-3389, who strangely enough, is also a cousin of mine & 17°. Did his cousinness negate her cousinness? Why are all of her brothers & sisters as, well as all nieces & nephews who are directly descended from William Garrett Copeland-6956, cousins & not her?

Along with being my cousins, they are also the person I am RAWKing's cousins, who strangely enough is also my cousin, but I didn't know that until I started busting down her brick walls & cousin banners started appearing on profiles; she is an 8th cousin.

Any ideas on why?

I assume you are referring to the information added at the top of a profile by the WikiTree Browser Extension about distance and relationship (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:WikiTree_Browser_Extension#Distance_and_Relationship). When Bertha's profile was first created it was as the spouse of Corbin-3389, so at that point she was 18 degrees from you and seemed to only be related by marriage, not by blood. It looks like it was only recently that you added her to her parents and effectively made her 17 degrees and a blood relative. However the WikiTree Browser Extension stores the distance and relationship when you first visit a profile and then just displays the stored information when you revisit the profile (which reduces the amount of calculation the server has to do so it doesn't get overloaded). To force it to update the information for the recent changes in relationships, click where it says 18 degrees and it should then display the new values.

Thanks for the tip, Paul; it worked perfectly. Now she is as much cousin as the rest of her family. I guess you could say her kids are double cousins?

Relationships just got added for the siblings.  Wait 24 hours for the overnight connections to be done.  Bertha's siblings are not showing them connected to the tree, so they cannot show any connection to you in wikitree yet.

But they are showing the connections & within 1/2 an hour of their creation, they have the cousin banner across the top. If they aren't connected to the Tree, then why are the banners showing up that quickly?

Pat, I think that it can take up to 24 hours, but it can obviously take as little as 15 minutes. Anyway, if you are unsure, just remember to click on that magic degrees number to ensure that it is up-to-date. That number represents the number of steps from you to them.
