Too many christenings

I found two christening records for a child who died young.  I would have thought one might be an immediate one at birth and one later but they are on the same day, April 9, 1884.  One is recorded as Amherst, Erie County, New York and one is recorded as Eggertsville, Erie County, New York.  Both are represented in sources as images which I do not know how to retrieve and sort out even if my eyes were good enough to read them (which I doubt).  The curious thing is, she has an older sister (Maria, Mary Lorenz-17, who also has two christenings  but they are several months apart.  These are only two of 10 children
that I sourced in a hurry at the end of the thon.  They have a
brother who was filled out by a member of the family so I skipped him.  I may find some of the later sisters like these two but want to save myself a lot of later corrections.  Any ideas?

I wonder if the multiple parishes that are showing up for the baptism records are because the parents came from two seperate parishes and they both continued to belong to the two parishes. There is a marriage record for some of my great-great grandparents in two parishes, one in Michigan, one in Indiana, because the wife was a member of the parish in Michigan and the husband in Indiana. The two parishes in this case could simply be sharing records between them.
