Any idea what Canadian location could have given rise to the idea that she was born in 'Culladloc', Canada, as per her death cert?

Could the last part of that name be something related to a lake, as in 'something du lac'?

She could not have passed away in 1917 because she appeared on the 1920 census with her daughter Carrie and her son-in-law James.

The date on the death certificate says 13 Feb 1923. The actual death date has a write-over making it look like 1922 but the rest of the dates are 1923.

Edit: Just had another look and the dates don't make sense. The doctor said that he attended her Mar 5-13, 1923 but the date of death is Feb 13. Since the burial date is Mar 14, I would say that the actual death date is Mar 13, 1923 and there is an error in the death date.

There is a town of Cadillac in Quebec

That is more likely than Saskatchewan.  The Quebec-Ontario-Wisconsin migration route was well-travelled!
