In answer to your basic question: no. However, the “relationship to me” menu will give the two of you both of your lines of descent from your common ancestor, but it does not put these in a concise chart.
Or, if you go to the profile of your common ancestor, and you click on the descendants button, and assuming you are both no more than 5 generations from that ancestor, you will get a simple chart showing that ancestor’s descendants that are on WikiTree, with both of you and any other descendants.
If you or your cousin want a more stylish or elegant chart you need to use one of the several desk-top genealogy programs. As one example, RootsMagic (the others can do this as well) can generate a chart no matter how remotely you are related.
