My cousin wants to see how we are related. Is there a "public" page that shows a tree like those on Ansestry? [closed]

My cousin wants to see how we are connected. Is there a page that will generate a "tree" like those on Ancestry? I could point her the portion of the tree that has our g-parents connection as they are brother & sister, but I can't find anything further down. She might be disappointed anyway since I don't input "live" people for the most part, & under a certain age, not at all. I know I have her tree done down to her g-parents, but I just found out about my cousins' mom dying just last year & haven't input her yet.

Does someone have a suggestion about how to fill this request from her? I'm sure I could take static images, but she's the "hands on I want to do it myself" type of person; she wants the tree.

In answer to your basic question: no. However, the “relationship to me” menu will give the two of you both of your lines of descent from your common ancestor, but it does not put these in a concise chart.

Or, if you go to the profile of your common ancestor, and you click on the descendants button, and assuming you are both no more than 5 generations from that ancestor, you will get a simple chart showing that ancestor’s descendants that are on WikiTree, with both of you and any other descendants.

If you or your cousin want a more stylish or elegant chart you need to use one of the several desk-top genealogy programs. As one example, RootsMagic (the others can do this as well) can generate a chart no matter how remotely you are related.

If she wants to be hands on she will first need to become a full member then you can add her to the trusted list of the connecting profiles.
